  1. Eye Rolling: Sit comfortably and roll your eyes clockwise for 10 seconds, then anti-clockwise for another 10. Do this 5 times.
  2. Focus Shifting: Hold a pen or pencil at arm’s length and focus on the tip. Slowly bring it closer, until it’s blurry, then move it away again. Repeat 10 times.
  3. Near-Far Focus: Choose two objects, one nearby and one far away. Alternate your focus between them for a few seconds, then switch. Repeat 10 times.
  4. Blinking: Close your eyes tightly for 5 seconds, then open them wide for another 5. Repeat rapidly for a minute.
  5. Palming: Rub your palms together and place them gently over your eyes. Relax for 2 minutes.
  6. Figure Eight Tracing: Imagine a giant figure 8 about 10 feet away. Trace its shape with just your eyes, without moving your head. Repeat 5 times.
