We’re excited to announce our new Vizavance Vouchers Program, designed to make eye exams and glasses more accessible for children in Oklahoma. This initiative is a great opportunity for both local families and optometrists to come together and support the health and well-being of the next generation.
What is the Vizavance Vouchers Program?
The Vizavance Vouchers Program is a new initiative to provide Oklahoma children with the eye care they need at no cost to the family. Each Vizavance Voucher is worth $200 per child and is designed to cover the cost of:
- $90 for an eye exam
- $110 for glasses and lenses, if prescribed
How Does it Work?
If an optometrist in Oklahoma decides to participate in the program, they will agree to accept the Vizavance Vouchers for eye exams and glasses. The best part? There’s no cost to the child or their family. Vizavance will reimburse participating optometrists for the allocated amounts—$90 for the exam and $110 for glasses and lenses if needed.
